Classico Club

Cuvee Saint Vincent Bourgogne Blanc 2015 Chardonnay from Burgundy, France

A fresh and elegant Chardonnay! Hand-harvested, aged in French oak for 10 months, and bottled according to the lunar calendar “fruit” day. Floral and fruity (citrus, peach) combines with mineral notes and a beautiful length. A good pairing wine for plenty of dishes, but especially seafood, grilled fish, white meats, and cheese.

Food Pairing: Seared Scallops

Domaine La Garrigue Cuvee Romaine 2014 Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah from Cote du Rhone, France

The Cuvee Romaine boasts a dense purple color along with a bouquet of kirsch liqueur, licorice, and lavender. Full-bodied with stunning depth and richness as well as a long finish. Very versatile and pairs well will most foods, particularly dishes with beef, pork, or lamb.

Riserva club

Domaine Claude Branger Monnieres Saint Fiacre Muscadet 2014 Muscadet from Loire Valley, France

Fresh and rich with a kinetic wave of flavor. Some may say like eating a salty peach. Bright, apple, lime, and white currant fruit create an invigorating and bracing palate presence, leading to a nice refreshing finish. Full bodied, fresh, fruity, with a touch of citrus. Oysters and Muscadet, one is told, go together like Mickey and Mouse. Also goes well with white fish, however, it is versatile enough to go with chicken.

Philippe Badea ‘Les Chibanettes’ 2016 Grenache from Tulette, Rhone, France

This cuvee uses only the grenache planted in 1945. Whole cluster fermentation, foot stomped in fiberglass, goes in the tank for 6 months. As whimsical as their wine names and labels may be, the Badeas take their efforts in the vineyard and winery seriously. Their vineyards are planted exclusively with Grenache vines between 30 and 70 years of age. They love and respect their land, organically farm their vines and are certified as such. Fruity, supple and crisp. Notes of black fruit, blackcurrant, and licorice with some nice stone minerality. Pairs perfectly with grilled, stewed, and braised meats. Holds up to hearty and spicy dishes as well.
